Personal Sessions

I tailor our sessions and treatment plan to fit you. Typically, we begin with an introductory conversation and energy therapy session to establish a baseline for our work. Where we go from there depends on your goals, intentions, development, and needs. There is no right or wrong path, just your path, and I consider it a great honor to walk beside you and assist you.

In my work as a healer and philosopher, I employ the following modalities:

Energy Therapy: The practitioner guides the client into a state of attunement, like deep meditation, in which light and the connection between all beings is manifest. It restores the balance of mind, body, and spirit, promoting healing, insight, harmony, and a greater sense of wellbeing. Energy therapy can be performed with hands lightly touching the body, hands just above the body, or distantly. It often involves the use of guided meditation.

Guided Meditation: The practitioner uses words, imagery, rhythm, and tone to guide the client into a state of deep relaxation and being. In this state, compassionate awareness helps to process and transform undisclosed material in the mind, body, and spirit.

Contemplative Exercises: The client learns to use combinations of words, images, movement, breathing, directed attention, and creative expression (music, art, writing, etc.) to create peace and balance in their daily lives. Contemplative exercises may include but often go far beyond traditional meditation techniques. Like guided meditation, they can be very helpful for those who have found meditation frustrating on their own.

Philosophical Dialogue: The client explores self – identity, feelings, memories, beliefs, habits, etc. – in non-judgmental conversation with the practitioner. The focus remains on questions and process instead of fixed answers. Philosophical dialogue helps to develop attention and capacity for clear thought. It can also identify material that may then be processed through energy work, meditation, or other contemplative exercises.

Philosophical Study: The practitioner works with the client to study a specific text for insight and personal development. Philosophical study can help to clarify foundation and method for spiritual development, including energy work, meditation, and other contemplative exercises.
